I followed the tutorial posted by TonyMacx86

http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-desktop-guides/172672-unibeast-install-os-x-el-capitan-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

About my Bios configuration

All as in the tutorial but I desactivated integrated VGA and have activated this two parameters:

XHCI Hand-off
EHCI Hand-off

Create USB Boot

Everything done in the tutorial as well but I had to activate the OsxAptioFix2Drv driver with Clover Configurator because otherwise not working.

Install El Capitan

Before starting the installation I have two hard drives formatted creating a FusionDrive. It is done using a terminal window instead of using the disk utility. Leave a link for anyone interested.

After the first installation, in the first reset, I had to create the boot flag nv_disable=1 in the clover loader, because the screen was gray with the mouse cursor. This is because the system did not set the video resolution of the card properly.
When the system has completed the installation, I loaded alternative Nvidia drivers and the problem has disappeared.

Finally I loaded the post-installation utilities comes in the manual.

Current situation

Everything works correctly.

I have not installed any WiFi or Bluetooth adapter because I do not need. I'll see later.

I made a test with Geekbench 3 and the results are very good.

You could compare the score with those published on the website of the application.

BUT....... I have a problem. I can not get the OS X boot without the USB UniBeast.

I would appreciate any idea. I'm investigating.

Yes. Finaly I´m copy Clover in the EFI partition.

Now the problem is that OS X does not detect me natively GT740 graphics card.

I installed the Nvidia drivers but give me conflicts with Final Cut and It constantly crashing . I found that in Yosemite the graphics card its natively detected and Final Cut Pro does not give me problems.

I dont know that I can do.
