Sorry for my Englishi.
I notice that you have just changed your video card from GTX760 to RX580. I just have the same card with x79 ud3 and am stuggling at booting to blackscreen . Could you please share the mothed to make rx580 working or your EFI files?
Best regards!

Attached is my clover for a 6 core, so you might have to change the TSC Sync kext, honestly had the same error can't remember
how it was solved because I had a 7950 in after the 760 but did not update my signature,

Initially it was only when I used the MacPro 6.1 definition, but on 5.1 it was fine, However I just rebuilt an X79 with the 760 and it had the black-screen issue, but nvidiafixupkext solved that,

My new issue after updating clover to 47xx is that my RX580 identifies as a
"Broadcom BCM94352HBM 802.11 AC 867 Mbps Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Network Adapter 8192 MB graphics"

@darkmoon13, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card(s).
If you have multiple systems add them to your signature or build signature.

Hi All,

After some time and allot of help from others (PikerAlpha,Stork,Dr. Drumm, tofisi,Thanos, profmartinmarsian,TonyMac,MacMan, and all those I can't recall).

Below you will find the quick and dirty steps to get macOS 10.13 to boot on X79 UD5 Mainboard.

1- Make sure you have latest clover configurator 4.44.0 (mine is booting from SMBIOS MacPro6,1 profile), and Clover 4097

2- Create a macOS High Sierra Public Beta Installation USB by following the Tony Mac guide)

How to Create a macOS High Sierra Public Beta Installation USB

3- Download, and use the EFI Folder Attached below:

4- Below are the clover setting screenshots in case users have 3rd party devices not listed in my profile.

Will refine this down the line. Please note at this time Nvidia web drivers are not working. Looking for a solution for those that need it.

Hi GuitarGuy77!

As it didn't work for me, I am attaching my EFI that is working here. USB-3 isn't working for now.

I used multibeast only to install clover.

Thank you for your help.

Hi mmastriani! I am about to start my High Sierra install. But I have a Sabertooth X79 MB with an i7 3930k Processor and a Geforce 1070 board. I am upgrading so I can get the Nvida drivers for my card. After looking at other installs, I am thinking maybe I should do a Sierra install only. I think the Nvida drivers are in that OS. If you or anyone else has any advice, I would love to hear it. Thanks!
