I used the iBoot/ Multibeast setup and everything has worked with one slight issue. In order for my computer to boot, I have to use the white colored SATA port numbered '0' which is for the gigabyte raid controller. The blue sata ports are used by another controller. I tried using the BLUE Sata port for the other controller which is also labelled '0' but I get the message "searching for root device".

I need to get my OSX drive off of the white '0' sata port because my Windows 7 raid 0 dual drive setup needs to be connected there.

So is there somewhere in OSX where I can change the drive number to resolve this issue?

I did make sure to change them to ACHI so that is all good.

You're probably right. There has to be something in the BIOS messing it up... I just don't know what.
