Right before using multibeast it says "Mount EFI Partition on Harddisk"

What partition am i mounting?

Can somebody share latest kext and config.plist for Z170-A and 10.11.4? Please.

Have anyone tested asus thunderboltex 2 on this board (z170-a) with 10.11.4?
If i install it and set option in bios to thunderbolt (not usb), system doesn't boot at all (it craches on OsxAptioFixDrv loading).

I get the same problem with an Asus z170-AR and the ThunderboltEX2 card. The PCI address can't allocate after OsxAptioFixDrv. It works perfectly fine in Windows, however! Hopefully there is some clever little kext incantation that'll make it work.

[SOLVED] disabling "fast boot" in BIOS makes sleep/wake work.

---------

I am wondering whether anyone is encountering the same issue about sleep/wake as me: "Wake reason: PEGP PEG1 PEGP PEG2 PEGP PXSX RP10 PXSX RP11 PXSX RP1".

I followed brumbaer's guides on Z170-k and Z170-A (I have both motherboards) and ran into this the same problem.

I've opened another thread here: http://tonymacx86.com/threads/wake-...eg2-pegp-pxsx-rp10-pxsx-rp11-pxsx-rp1.192901/.

Or could anyone confirm that sleep/wake works fine on 10.11.4 for you and it is a problem of mine? Or if the sleep/wake works fine for you, are you running on 10.11.3?

UPDATE:

I followed the guide to install 10.11.3 with the versions of software mentioned in the guide and still had problems with sleep/wake.

Hello,
Thanks for the great instructions.
I followed your instructions, but ...
Try to start with my Nvidia GTX 970 enabled
but my monitor goes to sleep in the middle of Apple Boot Logo loading screen.
But after some time I notice that when the PC goes to sleep and I try to wake up it again,
it recognizes the GPU and works as it should be.
But how can I get it to work on the first start ?
Does anyone has same problem or solutions ?

Ok, thanks for the hint. I will try this

*raises hand* I have a question!
How do I mount the EFI partition on my SSD? I've done every other step except the kexts on SSD. So for me everything works currently except for sound, bluetooth and USB only kind of works. My USB2 drives work on 3 ports but my USB3 drives only work on 2 ports.

my wifi/bluetooth card is this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L35XSMS/?tag=tonymacx86com-20
with a pci adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0144KJOIA/?tag=tonymacx86com-20
Could I assume that bluetooth isn't working because I don't have USB kexts installed?

edit: I got the efi mounted by following this guide
http://themacadmin.com/mounting-the-efi-boot-partition-on-mac-os-x/
now my usb's are (probably) working as they should be
All I have left to fix is sound and bluetooth

another edit: After making these changes I noticed my power saver preferences pane has changed, I no longer have an option to choose when the computer sleeps but other options have been added i.e powernap. Was this suppose to happen? How do I change when my computer sleeps now? o_O
