Introduction

Seeing an another guide from this sub-forum, I follow the guide and SUCCESS, the thought the guide was not detailed enough. My procedure are slightly different and you can take this as a reference.

Installation:

1. Make EFI (bios not tested, I use EFI) bootable USB via Unibeast, replace config.plist downloadable from above fix.

P.S. TL;DR plist will do.

2. BIOS setting as per above starter guide.

P.S. I set DVMT preallocated memory from 32mb(default) to 96mb, not sure if it is mandatory.

3. Unplug both LAN and speaker jack prior to install as well as first boot (plug only after you have all drivers need installed)

4. Boot via USB drive and install

P.S. many tutorials say no USB3.0 port, but for mine 2.0 not work but 3.0, so test on your own.

P.S.S. I can get into installation only in safe mode(press space not enter will get you in mode selection), but normal mode with OS X

Post-installation:(after you get into OSX)

* For initial setup choose do not use internet on this machine (I use traditional Chinese interface so not sure about original text in English)
  1. Mount EFI (EFI mounter v3), copy config.plist from USB to hard disk EFI partition. Then unmount.
  2. Multibeast. I used: Clover UEFI, Network-RTL8111, 530 audio patch(seem no usage, not sure, but no harm either), Graphic- HD530fix

P.S. eddythien said use VoodooHDA 2.8.8, which is true, but my experience is multibeast version of Voodoo does not work, I use dmg version from sourceforge instead.

P.S.S. my experience is it works only if you choose 8111 driver first.
  3. LAN realtek RTL8111 driver from: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287161-new-driver-for-realtek-rtl8111/page-43, with kext beast, as eddythien instructed.
  4. Reboot(not if you have it in your USB), grab VoodooHDA 2.8.8 dmg version and install, (another) reboot
  5. You should have a working OS X. Reply if you have further questions.

P.S. Sleep not work for me, but eddythien says okay, maybe specs difference, test on your own.

can you attached your config.plist? Did your HD530 working out of the box?

I applied directly config.plist in ammulder post and made no changes afterward.
Would you mind specify if you faced any difficulties?
