Hello everybody,

finally after trying to install Sierra 10.12.15 with lots of pain for few days, I ended up with a fully working hackintosh.

I'm not posting all the guide because I've been following the ones already posted on this website (so if you do the same it should be fine) but I want to share my settings in case someone has the same build and is struggling to find the correct settings for the system.
I had lots of problem with my graphic card (had only one resolution and it was kinda "glitching" when moving windows...basically it was unusable at all) and I was going to buy a new one because somewhere I read mine wasn't compatible (strange).

Anyway, here following my settings with photos attached:

Mobo: GA-X79-UP4 LGA 2011
CPU: Intel Core i7 - 3930k 3.5Ghz
Graphics: EVGA - GeForce GTX 760 4 GB GDDR5
Other Hardware:
Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3-2133MHz 32GB
Tp-Link TL-WDN4800 N900 Wireless N Dual Band PCI Express Adapter
Corsair AX760 80Plus Platinum
Corsair CW-9060007-WW Hydro Series H60
Corsair CC600TM Case Corsa
The solution for the graphic card was the latest release of the driver: 378.05.05.15f01

Hope it can be helpful.

Cheers.

I have the same board and cpu, what boot flags did you use to get it to install?

Would you please share your EFI?

Hi, sorry for the late answer, I've been away for a while.

My boot flags are:
npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1 rootless=0

Is it running your? Did you already update to High Sierra?

Hi, sorry for the late answer, I've been away for a while.

Here attached you can find the EFI.

Hello dude,
Did you manage to update it for 10.13.6 ? Because I can't get USB 3.0 ports working, they are simply not detected in 2.0 or 3.0.
Is it possible that you share me your EFI folder please ?

Thank you.

Hi goldorac, you can find my last EFI on the previous post.
Actually I'm still on 10.12.6. I'm trying to install a fresh new 10.14. As soon as I succeed, I'll post the new EFI.

Is anyone succeeded to install Mojave with the same specs of my hackintosh?
