Hi!
I have literally the exact same build as OP, and followed instructions carefully.

Used the last El Capitan version of MultiBeast to set the UEFI boot mode and because the Sierra versions have a different "Quick Start Menu" that invariably caused kernel panic upon reboot. Also, the later versions of MultiBeast don't include the Intelimaus kext or the audio kexts described in the guide / video.

The only way I could get OS X to boot with NVIDIA web drivers enabled was to follow the instructions here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solving-nvidia-driver-install-loading-problems.161256/ for "Problem 6."

This meant I had to install an updated version of Clover and include EmuVariableUefi-64 .

Everything seems to be playing nicely. All USB ports work... just not for USB storage devices.

This is my very first time attempting a Hackintosh and, to be honest, my very first time building my own PC, so I'm an absolute noob. I used KextBeast to install the latest version of the USBInjectall kext and ran the package included in MultiBeast to increase the Port Limit ("Clover-USB-Port-Limit.pkg"), and still no luck.
Can anyone PLEASE give me the absolute idiot's guide to getting my USB mass storage devices to be recognized by OS X 10.12.3?

EDIT:
Using Rehabman's USBInjectAll kext correctly and applying the port limit patch using Multibeast seems to have corrected these issues (see https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-10-11-usb-changes-and-solutions.173616/) and all USB ports are working as required.

HOWEVER, according to his guide, the patch will potentially cause problems and "strange behavior" down the line unless I create a custom SSDT for the kext? His instructions sound very intensive for a noob like myself. Curious if OP had any of these issues and if so what he did about them. OR, since I'm using the same mobo, if he has any insight as to my best options here.

Hello! Excellent guide - I used the exact same hardware configuration as documented above. The only issue I had was installing 10.12.3, the NVIDIA drivers would not stick after reboot, and the EFI editor trick to edit /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/config.plist wasn't working for me.

Here is what I did to get things working perfectly:
After the Clover upgrade and reboot, everything was working perfectly!

10.12 can only be downloaded via the app store no where else.
I am trying out different audio fixes for my100 series GA-Z170X-UD5, i56600K HD 530. But every time I try something I can not boot back into Sierra unless I use Safe Boot. But in safe boot I can not mount the EFI to delete the kext I tried. Is there a another way to delete the kext without erasing partition and reinstalling Sierra each time?

would this way just update el capitan or would it format my SSD and id also have to link to my data hard drive again?

i made the mistake of updating el capitan and now the nvidia drivers don't work and the graphics are pretty slow. tried to fix it but i think it'll be easier to just update to sierra

Thanks VoiletDragon. Here is my IOReg. What kind of stuff do you look for? I'm trying to learn more about what makes things run better.

Power management isn't implemented. Audio is coming under HDEF which is fine.

Wow, that worked great. Thanks! I had to do the beta version of the script for my i5-6600K CPU. This is by far my best Hackintosh ever. I used to just do trial and error and hoped for the best. After enabling the power management, I can now see X86PlatformPlugin in IOreg. After doing this do we have to change anything in Clover Configurator?
