Alright, you asked for it! :)

Please try the following:
  • Disable both of the previous FakePCIID kexts.
  • Disable the SSDT that injects device-id.
  • Install the attached kext and add a reference in config.plist.
    • Filename: AMDRadeonControllerNavi21FramebufferInjector.kext
  • Reboot the system and log back in.
    • Run IORegistryExplorer to see if anything has changed.
UPDATE: Just replaced the file. Please *reload* the page and download again!!

No change, as far as I can tell, sadly.

Can you upload your entire EFI, it looks like you have somethings that shouldn't be there.
