Im trying to install macOS too. But i don't get in the installer. My specs are:

I7 9700K
MSI MAG Z390 TOMAHAWK
16 GB Ram

Can you guide my how i can get it working too?

Does your iGpu work? I mean without RX Vega.

I have the same MB but IGD doesn't work, maybe you connect display port instead of HDMI?

Man hdmi not work. You should connect with dp and make framebuffer patch. Give me you config

Just out of curiosity.. On what BIOS version are you? I managed to get almost everything working when I flashed back to 1.2, except shutting down reboots the system instead.
I'm happy the way it is right now, but if you have it working on your bios version it would be great.
