Can you post what you did to get speed stepping and power management working? I have a 2630v3 and I can't get it to work.

Use FakeCPUID 0x0306E0 (Ivy Bridge). it is simple as that

You didn't need any other boot flags or use the memory fix? Been running into install issue with Sierra and same MB with Xeon 2650L.

Can you upload your EFI folder, config.plist, etc.? I have an MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon, however I am having a lot of difficulty getting past the " [ PCI Configuration Begin ] " and " RTC: Only single RAM bank (128 bytes) " errors.
