Guys I have done it:
I have installed a fresh install of Yosemite on my MSI x99 Intel 5820K machine with Geoforce 980 Ti 6GB GPU.
When you create your efi bootloader for Yosemite make sure you have followed this link:
https://nickwoodhams.com/x99-hackin...relocblock-can-not-allocate-relocation-block/
and make sure you boot with these flags:
npci=0x2000
nvda_drv=1
kext-dev-mode=1
dart=0
usekernelcache=no
nv_disable=1
This should get you into the installer and you can then install Yosemite and you will need to use the same bootflags to re-enter the installer and finsih the setup process.
Once in Yosemite, you can install MultiBeast, install the Nvidia web drivers, and you will have a really fast Mac!!!!
My next question is how does one upgrade from 10.10 to other versions of Yosemite like 10.10.5?
