Comments:
I wanted to Hackintosh my build to replace the Mac Mini in my recording studio.
The GPU can have little graphic glitches, but games, FCP and Premiere worked without problems.

Installation:
I downloaded MacOS sierra 12.1 from the Mac App Store and created the USB with UniBeast, and I copied MultiBeast, and other utilities in another USB.
Bios settings:
  • XMC Hand-off -->Enable
  • VT-d -->Disable
  • Windows 8 features --> Other OS
  • Boot --> UEFI Only
  • Save and exit
I didn't change anything in Clover, just boot.
Select the language, format the hard drive, and follow the steps
When the installer finishes, don't do anything, just reboot without any boot flags, and make your user account and everything.
When macOS finally boots, open MultiBeast and select the following:
  • UEFI Boot Mode
  • Realtek Audio ALC1150
  • RealtekRTL8111
  • AppleIntelE1000e
  • System Definition --> 15.1
  • FakeSMC
Reboot and you'll have internet and audio
Now, you'll have to install the RX 480 (Guide by earth.lukas)
  1. download Kext Utility
  2. go to /System/Library/Extensions/AMDRadeonX4100.kext/Contents/, open info.plist with text editor and replace "0x67FF1002" to "0x67DF1002"
  3. Run Kext Utility and wait until it's done
  4. Reboot, in the BIOS enable Intel HD Graphics, and select IGFX as primary video output
  5. Save, and reboot, you won't see anything until Sierra Login Screen.
  6. Acceleration will work, and even 144Hz
