I was able to install macOS Beta 3 (18A336e) on the following hardware:
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z70X-Gaming Ultra
CPU: Intel i7 7700K
Graphics : Integrated Intel HD 630
RAM :Corsair 8 GB DDR4 2666 MHz x 4 =32GB
HDD : SATA WDC WD5000AUDX-56WNHY0 500GB
WiFi:TP-Link TL-WDN4800 N900 Dual Band PCI-E Wireless WiFi network Adapter Card for PC

Everything is working without a problem

• I have uploaded my EFI folder from my System as a compressed zip file.
  • Please note I have a multi-boot system with macOS High Sierra, macOS Mojave Beta-3 , Windows 10 pro(X64) and Ubuntu.My EFI [Plus the Microsoft Folder in the EFI Partition along side the EFI folder (I have not included Microsoft folder in the uploaded zip)] may not be fully OK for your MSI H270 with Pentium G4600. You might need to modify it to make your system work flawless.
• Hope this EFI would make things easier for you.
