Ok I went through the process and everything worked perfectly except the audio (I selected all three options under the audio section and you only need the third option with alc892 to get audio working) but be warned incorrect audio selections fried my onboard audio. (probably, they dont work anymore in windows 7 and ubuntu but they show up WTF?)
