Would it be possible, instead of installing Mac OS X 10.13.x, but instead Mac OS X 10.9.5 on Bizon V5000 ?
And about the drivers on 10.9.5 on this machine ?
maybe I'll do Hackintosh...

I don't think so, Mavericks came out in 2014 so there is no support for new 2018/19 hardware in Mavericks.

And for Mac OS X 10.10.5 or 10.11.6 on this machine ?
It is compatible with the list I chose ?

I start in the Hackintosh...

No, the minimum supported macOS was 10.13.3 for these components.
And the best version for your CPU is Mojave because this CPU appeared in iMacs/MBPs with Mojave only.

I had to change because of a modification of the site and I chose the CPU : 10-Core 3.50 GHz Intel Core i9-9900X
Hmmm, I think I will maybe stay at 10.13.6...

Check the last 10-15 pages here.
This CPU is not the best option as far as I remember.

Following the iMac Pro X299 - Live the Future now with macOS 10.14 Mojave_ thread as closely as possible I have a successfully installed and am running 10.14.5 on my Asus Prime X299 Deluxe with a 7920X 64gb of ram with a Radeon RX Vega 56 8 GB graphics card a Apple Broadcom BCM94360CD.. My problems arise when I enable thunderbolt following the bios instructions. I can boot into windows and will see a device connected to the Titan Ridge Card ( motu 828x ) but if I then attempt to boot into Mojave the machine hangs at the Random Seed ++++++++ line and my ASUS MOBO error is "Code:AF Detect HDD" any suggestions for how to remedy this?
