Really thanks for the answers! Next week I will try to build the beast!

GG guy! I have 2 980, some times screen appear on 1st card and sometimes in the 2nd, then i need to change the port with cable, how can i fix it?

I have the same problem but with different cards. Any combination of two cards from GTX 650, GTX 680 and GTX 760, with or without NVIDIA driver. Both cards are recognized, but it is random for every boot what monitors turn on or not.

X99-UD F10 bios
i7-5930
32GB Ram
10.10.1
Chimera

On 10.10 with F9 bios I was using Clover to boot, and with two graphics cards It wouldn't ever boot.

Hi Colton328 and congratulation for your Success! I have almost the same configuration as you but no way...
Rampage V+5820K+32G (ddr4-2133) + Saphire AMD Radeon HD 6950

Do you think that my gpu is the problem? or may be Rampage V ?

I'm ready to go and buy a new Gpu! ;)

thks

Edit : Gygabyte Geforce Gtx 970 bought i ll try!

My Problem post with Screen :) http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-support/150367-rampage-v-x99-help.html

The build:
Intel Core i7 6-Core 5820k w/Hyperthreading @ 4.3ghz (Haswell-E)
Corsair H110 Cooler
Corsair MX100 256GB SSD (Yosemite drive)
Corsair Air 540 Case
2x GTX 970 Gigabyte WindForce Cards
GIGABYTE GA-X99-UD4 Motherboard
16GB Crucial DDR4 RAM

Hi Colton and hi everybody.
I'm ready to assemble my first hackintosh.
I chose your same configuration but with some modification
1. Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-X99-UD7 WiFi or GIGABYTE GA-X99-SOC Force
2. Crucial Ballistix sport DDR4 2400MHz
Can this configuration work or I'm constrained to use your same Motherboard?

Another question: Which power supply did you use? I was thinking at Carsair AXi series 80+platinum.
By using 2 VGA, is an 860 Watt enough?

Thanks
regards

Daniele

hi,
"To boot OS X after installing, you want to follow the youtube tutorial exactly. That includes copying over the modified kernel before booting OS X." --> ok

"To boot OS X, you need to use npci=0x2000, nv_disable=1, -f -v.
Install NVIDIA web drivers from here." ---> ok (cuda)

"You can then reboot with npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1 -f." --> Apple Screen 20%.. new problem :(

Screen :

Many thks for your help

I've build the config spec before... all works except of the audio...
i have VS248 AUSUS monitor and i don't know how to make works on board audio...

Colton I ask you please to put your multibeast config file!
After clone the GUID Yosemite to MB Yosemite ssd (as describe in the video tutorial) and reboot from usb to install post installation multibeast drivers, I do not know exactly which drivers choose... and most of all i don't know how to add npci=0x2000 to kernel flags in /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist of my MB Yosemite ssd (as describe in the official temporary x99 guide) simply because I can't find the file "org.chameleon.boot.plist" also if i show hidden files!!

Anyway after try to put some drivers with multibeast and try to boot without usb, system starts the boot but freeze with the apple boot screen logo and without any progress of the bar...

i think the problem is in the post installation multibeast options... please help!!

thanks
Marco

Ok now my hackintosh is bootable from ssd. First of all I don't need to clone mbr but it's OK guid.
My MultiBeast settings are
DSDT-Free pre build
TRIM Patch
-VooDooTSCSync 6 Cores
Mac pro 6,1

And I have to add to my org.chameleon.boot.plist this:

Code:
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x2000 </string>

All works except audio!!!

Please help me! I've bought a USB logitech z120 stereo speakers but work only on Windows....
What I have to install with MultiBeast?? Please help

Thanks
Marco

Nice system.
I saw in your geekbench results you're running Sys Def 3,1
I'd really like to see your geekbench results with Sys Def 6,1 as this is the Sys Def for LGA2011, You might see a significant performance improvement... Smbios for 6,1 attached. I pushed it out of Chameleon Wizard
