i have the same build but i cannot disable the turbo boost i tried many ways !! (i7-4790K)
i used "Turbo boost Switcher.app" but it don't work when system startup !
i tried this "https://github.com/nanoant/DisableTurboBoost.kext" but the same problem .. reset after every reboot !
or i did this with xcode incorrectly way
