Hi guys yesterday I succesfully installed OS X El Capitan 10.11.2
My build is:
MSI Z97 PC Mate
Intel Pentium G3460
Palit Geforce GTX 750 Ti
8GB Ram
So here is what I did:
1. Created a bootable UNIBeast pendrive with Clover
2. I set up my BIOS. First u need to enter the BIOS with pressing End when the BIOS logo shows. Then u should restore the optimized defaults (on this board the hotkey is F6), then set theese settings:
a. Disable off CFG-lock
b. Disable Secure Boot (This board don't support this)
c. Set OS to Other OS
d. Enable CPU Halt
e. Enable enhanced halt (C1E)
f. Disable C3 State support Disable C6/C7 State support (This board don't support this)
g. Enable Thermal Monitor (This board don't support this)
h. Disable EIST
3. Download this file, extract it and replace with the config.plist in /EFI/Clover folder
View attachment config.plist.zip
4. On a MAC, open Terminal, and follow theese steps:
a. Type:"curl -o ~/ssdtPRGen.sh https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Piker-Alpha/ssdtPRGen.sh/Beta/ssdtPRGen.sh"
This command will download the Piker-Alpha/ssdtPRGen.sh
b. Then type:"chmod +x ~/ssdtPRGen.sh
c. Then this:"./ssdtPRGen.sh -cpus 2
d. Download this file and extract the file in it:
View attachment Haswell.cfg.zip
e. Open the file in it with a text editor, and check it twice that your CPU is in the list. If not, add it like descripted in the file.
f. Then type this into the terminal:"open ~/library/ssdtPRGen/Data" and copy the extracted file into this folder.
g. Then in the terminal, type this:"./ssdtPRGen.sh -cpus 2 -p GXXXX" (Where is the GXXX, type your CPU name. I have a G3460 so I will type" ./ssdtPRGen.sh -c 2 -p G3460".)
f. When the prompt asks, type N both the times.
5. a. Now type this to see hidden files: "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES"
b. Now locate the created files. It's on your root drive.Locate to /Users/(Your username)/Library/ssdtPRGen
c. You will find a "ssdt.aml" file. Copy this and paste it to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched
d. Rename this file to "SSDT-2.aml".
e. Make a copy of this file and rename it to SSDT-4.aml.
5. Now download Multibeast from the downloads section and place it on your USB.
6. Boot from your USB and now it should boot.
7. Install OS X and boot it.
8. Set up your kexts and bootloader with MultiBeast. AND DON'T REBOOT
9. Unplug your Pendrive, and repeat steps 3. and 4.
8. Download NVidia web drivers from here and install it
Now your El Capitan should work. If u have any question, do it here.
