My First Hackintosh boot succeeded! Running flawlessly with an Intel i7 3770k, 16gb DDR3@1867mhz, Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB, Asus p8z77v-lx 2 into a normal 2.5 Hard drive. I'm proud of it.

Specs:
CPU : Intel i7 3770k
RAM : Corsair Vegeance DDR3 clocked @1867mhz
GPU : Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb (Asus Strix)
MB : Asus P8z77v-lx 2
HDD: WD 512gb 5200rmp (from a laptop)

Installed with Unibeast.

Installed then with multibeast i used basic setup + install web nvidia drivers.

Seems to work everything.
I'm not using the mb audio card from realtek (not tested) because i'm using Behringher umc202HD that works out of the box with mac.
Networks is fine, i have no wifi adapters. (using a powerline connection)

Hi! Have you tried to upgrade to either Mojave or, better still, Catalina? I'm trying to figure out what motherboard I should get after being hosed on a Gigabyte Z77-D3H and being stuck with no PCIEx 8 slot and no UEFI Bios (just a stinking, non-functioning, "EFI Compatible" Bios option.

If you have upgraded and it works without real unsoluable problems, that could be a solution for those of us who want to upgrade to Mojave or even Catalina but don't have unlimited resources to get there.

Hi, i want to try it out catalina / mojave when i got some spare time. I didn't upgraded already since i have a gtx1060 so i'm forced to switch to HD4000 if the install succeed.
I will post a reply once i tested it.

(i think there will be no problem with the mobo)

Hi Noize, this is my EFI. I updated my rig so i'm now running Catalina and an RX 5700xt instead. Sorry a bit late
