[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Z590 VISION D + 11700K + RX 6600 XT

Got mine Working.

Gigabyte Z590 Vision D
Intel S-i7-11700K
AMD Vega 56 8MB
DIMM DDR4 16/3200 G.Skill AEGIS 2 x 8GB
Monterey

After using your latest open core efi 0.7.7
Not working;
-Ethernet
-Bluetooth
-Wifi
-Audio

To get Ethernet working go in Preference/Network/Ethernet/Advance/Hardware
Change;
1. Configuration = Manual
2. Duplex = Fullduplex. I recommend Fullduplex, Flow Control, more stable.
it is not compatible with Energie Efficient Ethernet mode.

To get Bluetooth and Wifi working using the onboard card.
Install these Kexts in the EFI folder (not in system/library, won't work, tried it)
* Bluetooth *
1. IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext - v2.0.1
2. BlueToolFixup.kext - v2.6.1
3. BrcmPatchRAM.kext - v2.6.1 or later only, not 2.6.0.
* Wifi *
4. itlwm.kext - v2.1.0 or later.
5. Heliport goes into Application folder and then go in preference and set as startup app.

Do not install IntelBluetoothInjector, works under Big Sur but under Monterey all drives will disappear and take about 10 minutes to load system.

Also works on my Z490 Vision D, using the same method.

To get Audio working
Under Device Properties at Device PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1F,0x3)
I added (Key* "layout-id" value "6")
Works, but still shows as Realtek USB 2.0 Audio instead of optical audio.

On the screenshot you see Wifi, Bluetooth, and audio working under Monterey.
No Fernri card, audio card, or sticks needed. Save some money.

Since im at it, update my OpenCore to version 0.8.2 for both my z590 and 490, no problems registered.

Thank You for your job Tsanko.Dimitrov.

I've exactly the same config. All seems Ok except TB4. Does not appear on network, only ethernet appear. That's say, I don't have thunderbolt devices for testing. Need that cause this hack is not for me, it's for a guy who's need TB4 running

On start screen, I've so much .exe behind the MacOS disk...

Updated to 12.4 on my Z590 & Z490, no problems found. Audio, BT, Wifi still work as expected. Updated my screenshot to show 12.4 version on my original post. Updated to OpenCore 0.8.2.

OpenCore 0.8.2

Hi tsanko.dimitrov

Is it possible to enable both the front USB3.0 and front USB-C with your EFI? Can you please shed me some light? Thanks in advance!

I looked at your EFI you don't have any Wifi and Bluetooth enablers in your kexts folder. I noticed you have some outdated kexts like Lilu, WhateverGreen and others.

Maybe I can help with Bluetooth/Wifi, using onboard Bluetooth/Wifi (Incase you need Wifi working)
Add these text to your active EFI/OC/Kext folder
* Bluetooth *
1. IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext - v2.0.1
2. BlueToolFixup.kext - v2.6.1
3. BrcmPatchRAM.kext - v2.6.1 or later only, not 2.6.0.
* Wifi *
4. itlwm.kext - v2.1.0 or later.
5. Heliport goes into Application folder and then go in preference and set as startup app.

Remove any other Bluetooth text that don't belong in there.
Make sure windows supports UEFI boot and not Legacy Bios, switching the boot was too hard for me, so I gave up and reinstalled windows. Can't test Thunderbolt. Oh and make sure your BIOS is set the UEFI boot and not Legacy, Otherwise it will install in legacy mode. Hope I can help here.

How much USB 3.0 front panel are You have on your case?
I have 2 USB2, 2 USB3 and 1 USB-C
It is a fractal design r6-c case.
