First of all let me thank you to all users in this amazing forum, i learn so much for Hackintosh from You

Installation
I didn't put any flags at boot at all, boot straight away by itself.
Bellow are screenshots from Bios vF2, with those settings i have no problems:

I disconnect all drives and wireless card except SSD drive during installation of OS X.
Format and partition is done as mentioned in the installation guide for Mavericks.
After OS X is install, again no problem with boot (no flags), then i start MultiBeast.
Here are what i've install from MultiBeast:

After MultiBeast finished turn off PC and connect again everything else and it works straight away, except audio.
I try ALC892, ALC1150 kext from MultiBeast with no luck, and i was very angry at this point

Then i decide to try some old Voodoo kext that i have from pervious installation of Mavericks on my laptop, where kext works except in every reboot on laptop settings are back to default.
I delete AppleHDA kext and put this Voodoo kext, and voalaaaaaaa Works!!!!!!!
And i decide to not touch anything else.
Green back panel works, front of the case works, i'm no try other ports, even soundbar works from back and front panel.
Bellow i'll attach some pictures from "About this Mac" window and a short video to demonstrate that everything works excellent.

And here's the video that i made:
About this Mac (Custom Hackintosh Build Mid 2014)

Once again thanks to everybody that helped me out with this project, this was my first ever hackintosh build, and honestly i expect to be more difficult to made everything works.
If i forget something i'll update this post
Cheers folks
