I tried the Suggestion 1 you provided, but still no luck :( The installation freezes on the very beginning - i've added screenshot of this moment.
Also posted my config and EFI folder in case I made mistakes during its creating.

Are there any other possible reasons i'm facing this issue?
Please try the attached EFI-vitilius (backup previous EFI folder, rename this one to EFI, and copy to EFI partition).

Several questions and requests:
  • Are you running Mojave or Catalina?
  • Clover or OpenCore?
  • With the Bluetooth data cable connected to F_USB (internal header) please run IORegistryExplorer and select File --> Save As..., then post the saved file.
  • Which USB port mapping file are you using?
    • USBPorts.kext?
    • SSDT-UIAC-DESIGNARE-Z390-V7.aml?
    • Please post the USB port mapping file.

now there is no way to connect it to f_usb, is it possible to configure it on an external usb?

Please try the attached EFI-vitilius (backup previous EFI folder, rename this one to EFI, and copy to EFI partition).

I tried your EFI folder, but got stuck in the same place, displayed on screenshot in my earlier post.
Is there anything else I can try?

Please enable verbose mode. This can be done from Clover boot menu:
  • Press spacebar
  • Use down-arrow key to select Verbose
  • Press spacebar to toggle it on
  • Press ESC to return to main menu
  • Boot macOS installer

I'm trying to start the installation procedure
Please use this config.plist for installation. This file should be copied to the EFI folder I provided earlier. Does the boot process still freeze when you use this file?
