I've used 4 Fenvi T919 (all from Amazon) and 5 generic brand 94360CS2. Here are my experiences:
1. All Fenvi cards work without any problem - three on gigabyte, one on Asus.
2. Generic brand (from eBay, for $35-40) varies: it seems for some reason they change the hardware version, from ver2.3 to 2.4, 2.5; I found 2.3 to be the most reliable. I had one card that doesn't have Bluetooth working in macOS. But, when I install Windows 10 and install the Windows driver, it works in Windows 10.
So, as CaseySJ mentioned, all kinds of issues can happen to every product: to Apple it may be 5ppm. But, to other manufactures, it could be 50 or 500. At the end of the day, we are only spending a fraction of what Apple ask for and get the same or better performance. I think we can expect a little more variation in terms of the overall quality and consistency.

@CaseySJ , @phrfpeixoto ,
It seems like a LOT of customers having trouble with This Fenvi T919 and Gigabyte Motherboards.
If you google it, you see there are just many problem with this WIFI card.
Moreover, I have to make you remember that I built the exact same Hardware on my friend's computer. So Problem on PSU, motherboard, or Ram seems unlikely possible.
I have to add, that I bought a brand new Fenvi-T919 card thinking mine was corrupted. This did not solved the problem.
I removed every part of the computer. (Graphic Card), setup to only one RAM, switched up everything.
The problem only happens when this WIFI-card is connected.
I Tried every PCIE slot and every PCIx16 slot, did not work.

Those are just some comments out of there with several people having the same problem.
Some are talking about "Toggling ERP and the dummy power load", some others are talking about "reconfigure my internal usb extension mapping and the pcie slots.".
Some just advice going to the Fenvi HB1200/1200M, which works better.
You should stop advising for now using this Fenvi-t919 with this motherboard until a fix is found.
What would you advice me to do/change in BIOS settings ?
Thank you for your help
