MSR was indeed locked again, so I did the re-procedure and now I'm back at the original boot issue:
Couldn't allocate runtime area

I'm also using FwRuntimeServices and OcQuirks
Are you running Mojave or Catalina?

If running Catalina, go to the bottom of the 10.15.4 Mini-Guide and follow the 2nd bullet under Optional Extras. This will upgrade you to a newer memory driver. You can make this change to the USB install disk and try booting from the USB disk.

Sorry, I'm running Catalina.

I downloaded the latest drivers from the indicated post and copied them to a flash drive and was going to use my outdated bootable backup to install those on the SSD EFI partition.

Turned on my hackintosh but overlooked clover for a second, and it booted into the main SSD (default option).
To my surprise, it simply booted fine.
Don't ask me how or why, but it magically came back from the dead. Will try a few cold boots.

Yes I know I could run Netflix on the iPad, but I also run it on my second screen if I'm not using that for other things. The point is to get this build working like a real mac not having to compromise. That is why I asked for help. :)

You can't use sidecar and Netflix in the same time, even on real Mac (main screen or iPad). Listen CaseySJ!

First try CMOS Reset by following the procedure in Designare user manual. We can use a flathead screwdriver to short the two designated pins. All BIOS parameters must be reconfigured afterwards, starting with Save & Exit --> Load Optimized Defaults. Please see the BIOS configuration section in Post #1 for details.

Let us know if the problem persists.
Exactly what I was going to recommend. For a rebuild of the memory map. If the system has been working and all of a sudden goes in to initial memory allocation errors it's usually a memory map / training issue. rebuilding the BIOS (uEFI) will force the map to be cleared and a remapping + retraining to occur.

Have you considered installing Windows in a virtual machine such as VMWare Fusion for Mac?

If you need a native installation of Windows, but don't have a Windows PC, you can:

Option 1:
Download the Windows 10 ISO disk image to the Mac. Download and run Balena Etcher to save it to a USB flash disk. Then boot from the USB flash disk (press F12 at BIOS splash screen).

Option 2:
Install the trial version of VMWare Fusion and install Windows inside the VM. Then create a Windows 10 install disk by using Microsoft Media Creation Tool.

Disclaimer: I haven't tested these methods so feel free to try and let us know how it goes...
Was super hard. I did it using Virtualbox & Rufus. For what I understood it is not possible anymore create a pendrive using Etinbootin or Teminals command because the new Windows iso is more bigger then 5GB, and the only what is using Windows media creation tool or Rufus.

Are you keeping an eye on CPU and GPU temperatures? It might also be a good idea to run Intel Power Gadget which displays continuous graphs of power and temperature. Just leave that running somewhere on the side and look for any abnormal spikes after those 5 or 6 hours of work, or whenever a crash occurs.
Yes, many times. Been looking at HWmon also, but the screen freezes and shows no changes or spikes unfortunately. Although I’m not sure how to monitor GPU temps on a hack. Is there a way?

Reattempt & Failure - 10.15.3 to 10.15.14 Update

reattempting the 10.15.3 to 10.15.4 update after making the following changes:
  • setup nvram support (mini guide on page 1730)
  • updating to clover 108
  • updating to latest lilu, whatevergreen, and apple kexts
update starts smoothly, unlike first effort where it would hang giving me hope. Then well into the update the update presents this window - macOS could not be installed on your computer. The installed resources were not found. Quit and Restart.

System will boot to 10.15.4 as before and the two preboot volumes remain.

I think if I remember the posts you regained native NVRAM but before that you did do a CMOS clear. Hopefully that + the Native NVRAM will have this sorted for you.

I'm able to see my GPU temps using iStat Menus (under the CPU stat widget). I have VirtualSMC loaded
