Thank you to everybody in this great community. I worked on Mac for 5 years, never build my own PC so i really started from zero. But due to the great topics and people on this community it was very EASY for me to build my first hackintosh.
First off I want to say if you are going to use the i7 4790K please make sure the BIOS of your Gigabyte is updated to 10B/10C. The one I bought was stuck at version 4 and didn't recognize the i7. What I had to do to fix this was head to the store and buy a cheap CPU (thanks @RJ985). You can find the how to here:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-buil...0-4gb-dual-boot-windows-8-a-2.html#post847449
I bought the CELERON G3220 (which is around € 50,00 (http://www.newegg.com/global/nl/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116950), put it in the Motherboard, updated the bios and switched back my i7 4790K in it: worked out just fine!
How to set up the BIOS and MultiBeast:
you can find it here (thanks luiz0992), I used exactly the same settings: http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-buil...770-4gb-dual-boot-windows-8-a.html#post837941
I disabled the TURBO of the i7 since I had some freezes. System is running flawless now and I am going to look into the XMP/Turbo topic later on. For now my system is running just fine.
What works
What doesn't
Geekbench Score:
Next step is buying a new SSD (still doubting if its going to be a 120 GB or 250 gb) for a Windows 8 drive. I am going to use the following thread for it which seems to be answering all my questions:

Like said before: I never made my own custom build PC and if you can play Tetris, you do some research like I did you will come a long way ! Thanks and good luck out there!

- iMessage
- USB 3.0 (All ports, front and back)
Additional in my Hackintosh:- WIFI
- FIREWIRE
- USB
What doesn't
- After sleep, sound doesn't work, internal sound card (though I use the Apogee Duet Firewire and that one DID work)
