Try the npci=0x2000 boot flag.
Are all the monitors plugged into the graphics card?
(I had similar issues when using VGA.)

Hi guys !

I finally found what was the problem ! Thanks to iTechMan427 for his reply !
It was because i used a passive DVI to VGA adapter and i replaced it by a Display port to VGA and everything work perfectly !

A big thanks to all for your help, i'm so happy !!! =)

Just wanted to post a HUGE thank you for this. I got everything (except HDMI audio out trough samsung tv) working great! Followed your guide exactly, and it worked very well.
