Followed it exactly and successfully upgraded from Lion to El Capitan. Just had a question about USB.
Did you install FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_XCIIMux.kext for additional USB support or are things working fine with just 3rd party USB?

I just used the 3rd party USB.

Did not work once I got to the 3 commands:

Toms-iMac:Installer home$ ./GA-Z77X.sh --compile-ssdt
GA-Z77X.sh v2.1.0
Gigabyte GA-Z77X Series Post-Install Script by theracermaster

Usage: ./GA-Z77X.sh <command>
--install Install Clover/kexts/ACPI to the ESP
--update Update Clover/kexts/ACPI on the ESP
--help (-h) Help (this screen)

That is the message I get for all of them
