Just use the last tikakan EFI I sent.
Unzip it, mount your boot drive EFI folder, and place it in there.

I can't really tell what address your Broadcom card is on from an IOReg text file.
You could try this (attached), locate the Broadcom, and take a screen shot showing me what RP address it is.
