SUCCESS: GA-H87-D3H, i7-4770k, GeForce GTX 760

I built a custom Mac clone successfully following Buyer's Guide. My hardware configuration is:

GIGABYTE GA-H87-D3H Motherboard
INTEL i7-4770k
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB)
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 w/ EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB
2 OWC Extreme Pro 120GB SSDs
IOGEAR Bluetooth Adapter

The hardware installation was pretty easy. After four trying days of attempted OS installation. patience and reading discussion forum, the OS X installation was successful. I am not sure why but the recommendation is that the video card not be installed until after the entire installation is completed.

Another important note is that you may need to disable Wake by LAN on BIOS because if you don't, Shutdown will automatically restart Mac OS X!!

Be patient! Be willing to read discussion forum as if you search a pin in the haystack! Have a hackastic experience!!
