In your case you have to connect the radiator to CPU_FAN header and the pump connector to any available 3-pin fan header. In my case it is a little different. I have only one cable to the CPU_FAN header, the two radiators connected directly to the pump.

In my BIOS settings I set all the fans to silent-mode also I have a fanless power supply and so the hack is very quiet...
 
I have a very similar build, just no TH. I'm running a Corsair H100, I have the rads plugged into the pump, and the pump plugged into the CPU header. Great temps, even overclocking to 4.6. I also just upgraded to the newest bios, f21, everything is running fine. On a side note, I've had this problem since day one with this motherboard; if the computer loses power (cat loves the power bar!) i'm forced to reset the board by holding the power button and hitting the switch on the psu to reset. Any suggestions? It's a Corsair AX650. Tried every bios setting to no avail.
