After several months of work on my Hackintosh, finally I got it working with active dual monitor. My graphics CARD is recognized as "troublemaker" by most of the posters. The way I did was very simple. Instead of using DVI/DVI cable for connecting the main monitor, I bought a converter connector(DVI/HDMI) and HDMI cable to connect monitor/black box.

For the second monitor, I used a standard DVI/DVI cable.

I'm publishing a small video on Youtube to prove it.

The same was valid for Mountain Lion, but, the sound on my setup is still not OK.

iCloud, Facetime, Appstore are working fine.

I'm a little late to your post, but since I'm just starting to make my own hackintosh and I'm having trouble with two monitors, I was wondering if there is an image quality difference between your two monitors because you're using two different types of connections.
