I build this Slim PC for Windows 7, somewhere down the line Mac Bug bit me, I wanted to convert into Hackintosh.
So I swapped out Intel Dual Band AC Wifi+BT for Broadcom BCM4352 Wifi+BT card.
Also I bought the Samsung SM951 AHCI M.2 PCI SSD, Please Use the exact Part Number Specified in the Components List.

Please follow below steps:
Download the below
Lilu.kext v.1.1.6
WhateverGreen.kext v.1.0.0
How to Install:
Unzip the XXX.Zip file and Need to add them to the /EFI/Clover/kext/10.12 or /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other.
Change the Graphics Settings in BIOS to PEG (External Graphics Card) NOT iGPU
Benefits:
No more black screen issue and No Helper Card Required and IGP Disabled.
FCPX 10.3 Opens and Imports without crashing, Tested BruceX 5K Export Time was around 30 Seconds.

Final Cut Pro Usage& Problems :::::
FCP 10.3.X Crashes every time I open it, Fixed by using the Lilu.kext & WhateverGreen.kext
FCP 10.2.1 Opens & Imports without crashing .... Works Properly (if you want keep iGPU working for using Intel QuickSync)

Swapped out RX560 4G for RX580 4G
FCPX 10.3.X crashes continuously. Hence downgraded to FCPX10.2.1 Further Testing will be done and I will update the progress
FCP 10.3.4 Crash fixed by using lilu.kext and WhateverGreen.kext
