My MSI Aero ITX 560 4GB from About This Mac showing Radeon Pro 560 4GB.
Your X4250.kext.zip saved my day about getting YES on HW Encoding Supported on Mac Video Converter Pro.

But FCPX Bruce X is still around 30s, which is sad.

I just did this benchmark. My 560 is only 2G and I got 33 secs. Are other folks getting significant faster times with 560's?

The injector enables HEVC (x265) HW decoding for the AMD RX 560.
Hm, I'm guessing that is not supported in Sierra so not an issue with me. Quicksync and so are working fine without (hevc video in Quicktime gets processed by iGPU).

I am guessing that is not available in Sierra in the first place. High Sierra had my AMD drivers crashing like nobody's business so I'm happy with my Sierra, getting 25.5 in BruceX(prores 422)

Update 6: Update Clover (r4411) and remove emulated NVRAM

Downloaded the new Clover from TonyMacx86 tools.

Ran the Clover Emulated NVRAM Uninstaller and then Clover_v2.4k_r4411-UEFI installer.

Rebooted.

Everything working fine.

which Aptio driver are you using?
