You need to either modify your bios to unlock MSR 0xE2 or use the corresponding xcpm patches from Pike R Alpha. If you use opencore, those are built in. I'm using Catalina now, but either works fine. I'll try to make some time to assemble and upload my config later today.
I am curious, if the MSR 0xE2 needs to be unlocked then why not upload the unlocked modded bios file so people can use to update bios? Your telling people it must be unlocked and that yours is unlocked so why not save a copy and then upload her so others can use? People share modded bios all the time.

Hey guys...
Finally got the right score ...
Just add 2 sticks of ram..
About bios I think opencore no need modded bios to enable turbo on xeons...
Anyway here my score
Also you can find it on geekbench...
Moving the ram stick on the slot make the difference ...
Now i have the stick in A+b and G+H
The e+f give me a lower score...i think my mobo have some problems on this slots

it makes sense, RAM must be in the right channels

i still doubt your CPU is unlocked

i run my E5-2680v3 2,5ghz 12 cores to 14520 geekbench score, no turbo

your 15284 is a natura/normal score for a E5-2680v4 2,4ghz 14 cores, i suppose you can go higher, i will send the bios tuning soon

on my case i get an 12% improvement, from 12940 (last share result at post #101) to 14250, just by changon some config on bios

Hello Corvinon,

very soon i will able to install and boot Big Sur on z10pa-d8 and 2x E5-2680 v3.

Just one last question.

Do you know if the motherboard has NATIVE NVRAM?

Many thanks
Hello
I don't know if it will be late or not, but I just installed 11.3.1 on my Z10PA-D8 without the problem of continuous reboots.
Native nvram ???
I have no idea.
In case you are still interested in the subject.
All the best.
