I messed up a little
I updated bios to fix a GPU not found in PCIx16 slot
MB nevers see's the GPU in PCIx16 slot (closest one to CPU)
A problem that other ASUS buyers had with 370 series boards as well
GPU works in the PCIx8 slot but not x16
Defective motherboard

I am not as familiar with ASUS bios setting so I will get a Gigabyte Z390 (no Wifi, or BT)
it hangs at some APFS kext (worked before BIOS update)
I know its not a corrupt System or Data partition
I placed the NVMe drive in my original Mac Pro build (old)
Using it now

Update:
Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro replaced the ASUS board
PowerColor Red Devil Replaced Sapphire GPU
