Success! in more ways than one!. I forgot about the other USB installer I used for the Mini Cube, After adding the correct .aml's to the EFI I decided to try again. When I reached the installer because everything was in Russian, I didn't bother erasing the disk incase I did something stupid, so I installed Monterey 12.3.1 on top of Catalina, then updated to 12.4, Bonus!, working USB Wifi with both the EDUP and Fenvi usb Wifi adapters. I'm not sure where HackinDROM is finding the RtWlanU 1830.32.b13 kext from, I'm guessing it was left over from the the Catalina installation. Performance is impressive, scoring higher than Windows 11 on the same hardware, see that bench here. I did have to stop a Cinebench R23 test because the CPU temperature was getting dangerously close to 100 C.

I didn't have to look for it, it was installed with the drivers, AC1300U from the Fenvi website in Catalina.

I'm guessing because I didn't do a clean install, my build updated from Catalina to Monterey.
