I have a problem with usb 3.0 external hdd. It's not recognized at all.

Hi, im new for this hackintosh, i wanted to use, but i have problems about installing...

My hardvare:

• Intel Core i5-8600K
• MSI Radeon RX570 8GB
• Gigabyte Z390M Gaming (Micro ATX)
• Crucial Ballistix 2x16GB DDR4 3000
• Cooler Master Masterbox MB600L Case
• Corsair RM650X Gold
• Samsung 970 Evo NVMe 250 GB

My wife has macbook air on mojave, so we can do USB mojave installer, everything is done...
After cannot boot at my pc... Missing operating system. What can i do? Can anyone help me about step by step?
