Succes with Gigabyte z68x-UD3H-b3 / Radeon HD 6870

Did update from Lion to ML.

Steps:

Download ML from Appstore
1. Make installer with Unibeast for ML
2. Show hidden files, use script or tool (Google)
3. Copy ati6000.kext from S/L/E to root of USB installer
4. Delete ati6000 kext from S/L/E
5. Boot USB installer with GraphicsEnabler=N
6. Install ML
7. Reboot after install with GraphicsEnabler=N if needed
8. Installl ATI6000.kext fro USB root to S/L/E with KextWizzard
9. Rebuild permissions on S/L/E and rebuild cache with Kext Wizzard
10. Reinstall patched AppleHDA for sound with Multibeast
11. You're done!

Fully working, exept for Airplay Mirroring. Full sleep, sound, graphics, Geekbench score >13500

My question is that if I have an identical build, but was able to install without removing the kext and only GE=No, is my not having done that somehow related to my current lack of acceleration?
