Stuck on scan entries

so im new to this things
I’m trying to install hackintosh on my asus rog strix hero edition gl503g
But stucked on scan entries
Vriend replace the hfs file in efi but don’t work

Laptop spec
Cpu i7 8750h
Gpu nvidia 1050ti
Ssd 128gb+shdd 1tb
