Stuck on end randomseed

Hello, i have a thinkpad t430
i5, intel hd 3000, 4gb ram ddr3
i cant start the installer, when i boot from installer stick and from clover i select boot mac os installer catalina in verbose mode stays Stuck on „end randomseed++++“
can you help me please? I tryed like 10 new configs and efi orders for thinkpad t430, mojave installer and everytime same error.

HD3000 is not supported in Catalina, best to go back to High Sierra
