Stuck at using 16384 buffer headers

Hi. I have made bootable usb and tried to boot. I got full bar apple logo and it stucked on it. I tried verbose and now it gets stuck on using 16384 buffer headers. I have attached the verbose log img so you can check it. My pc is Cpu : i7 9700k
Mobo : msi mpg z390 gaming plus
gpu : gtx 950.

i wonder if these specs are compatible with high sierra. Please tell me is there anyway to fix this issue. plz
