After failing to boot in Safe mode, did you complete the Sierra System Disk installation including Clover EFI boot-loader+kexts+System Definitions on the newly reformatted HDD?

I just install Sierra only and try one by one option in multibeast :(

I'm sorry I could not understand what you are trying to convey.
The best thing for you is to upload screen images of what you are seeing at each problem you face, to this forum. That will help to explain your problem better. Readers may be able to figure out and help you with what they see on the screen shots.

Sorry for my bad English. I had re-installed Sierra then do following step

Run MultiBeast and select:
Quick Start -> UEFI BOOT Mode
Drivers -> Network -> Realtek RTL8111 v.2.2.1
USB -> 3rd Party USB 3.0

Customize-> Inject NVidia
Customize->System definition -> iMac 14.2
Reboot => issue still happen (Stuck in login screen)

Now I understood.
I also agree with you; your problem is most likely from your GT 625 OEM Video card. I did not see it being listed in the supported cards for nVidia Webdrivers.

Do you know what Intel HD it has? I guess it is Intel HD 4400.
Why don't you try to switch to Intel IGFX in HDMI mode and finish the installation.
I believe you need to edit your CLOVER>config.plist for the intel HD 4400 to work.

You can try to install using your integrated Intel HD 4400 using Rehabma's Fix :

The graphic glitches can be patched #rehabman's CloverConfigurator(CC) fix. Ensure you have the latest CC;
Navigate to the Kernel and Kext Patches on the left panel. select on the mid-title bar "KextsToPatch" then select the bottom-mid-level "List of Patches " Locate and select the boot graphics glitch patch as per your Version.
