Try to restart manually.

Also you can add EmuVariableUefi-64.efi in /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI after creating bootable USB drive using unibeast. The solution is described here.

After that (second reboot) you may stuck another "13 mins to remaining" screen. Which can be solved by replacing AptioMemoryFix.efi with OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi or OsxAptioFixDrv3-64.efi in /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI. Use one driver only each time. Link

My installation from the flash drive to my internal drive is successful (macOS 10.14.3 Mojave). After the reboot I select the internal drive to continue installation. That's when the installation progress is stuck at 15 minutes (sometimes 13 minutes) remaining.
I followed the above suggestion but it didn't work for me. However, I needed OsxAptioFixDrv3-64.efi to fix a reboot problem after installation from flash drive.

I appreciate any thoughts on how to proceed.
