Hi

It's totally bizarre. Need help of all you moderator and active users.

Let me tell you what happened briefly.

I had 10.13 & 10.13.1 for two months without any problem. Everything used to work fine.
Yesterday I decided to download 10.13.2 dmg file from Apple website and update via that file. I ran it and after awhile it asked me to reboot and I accepted. But after rebooting it stuck in black screen and I had to reboot it forcely. Unfortunately after that I stuck in a instant reboot.I tried some expected solution like -x, -s, -f, First Aid and other similar stuffs but one that help me survive and solve the problem was using an absolutely accidental trick!

Accidental trick was trying to boot using single user mode (-s) then without using any special command just entering exit.

After a min surprisingly it continued missed updating process and suddenly bring Apple logo and wrote "About 15min remaining" below the progress bar. Updating process was done without problem and took me to welcome/login screen.

So what's the problem now?
The problem is whenever I try to boot without any parameter I got an instant reboot
But if I use -s and then type exit it takes me to login page and start without any problem. Tell me guys how to resolve this problem and boot fine without any trick?

Note1: @RehabMan EFI mounter script & Clover Configruator none can mount EFI drive. It says
Code:
MacBook-Pro:RehabMan rainyday$ diskutil mount EFI
Volume on disk0s1 failed to mount
If the volume is damaged, try the "readOnly" option

(Of course finally I used EFI mounter V3 app and mounted it and did all tasks that needed to Problem Report)

Note2: Verbose log is really fast and huge and is very hard to take a readable photo. Indeed, last lines doesn't have any special
message though I do my best to take a video ASAP

Maybe you forgot to update Lilu.kext before starting the update.

Thanks. Solved.

Now most of apps like Safari, App Store, NordVPN etc can't connect to internet via Ethernet but chrome does. Any suggest? I've already provided Problem Report.

Any change requires new problem reporting files.

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Unfortunately, that tool returned an error that need internet connection for generating report and considered me offline. It's so strange and probably 10.13.2 combo update causes it.

But I promise you below manually compiled report is complete and accurate.

Also apparently I'm not alone. Some guys (more than 5) stated that can't access internet via safari and app store after updating to 10.13.2 but still chrome works just like me.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete (You forgot to press F2 and F4)
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Note: Your Clover is not up-to-date. Use latest RehabMan build.
