Stop clover from creating additional boot options

I have managed to install el Capitan on my newly built skyline system with the help of you wonderful folks, all is well except for sleep. My concern is clover keeps creating additional boot options in the bios. I am booting with UEFI, I am only using one hdd I have reflashed the bios and have manually removed all boot options using bcfg cmd. the boot options always accumulate after several reboots and it is driving me mad. the only post I have found about this is http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-h...os-boot-entries-prevent-further-problems.html by Anachronaut it does not work for me.

Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 bios f3 and f4c
SPCC 120gb SSD
32gb ram
GTS 770
