you should be enabling this in your config.plist:

<key>DellSMBIOSPatch</key>
        <false/>

how long does it stay on that screen for?

Updated the profile. Is it okay now ?

config.plist already have this under " KernelAndKextPatches "

It stays for around 2 minutes.
