After reading review on Z77A-G45, decided to use this one for my next system. Downloaded Mod Bios from http://biosrepo.wordpress.com/msi/
(Link: http://bios.zmac.net/msi/MSI-Z77A-G45-270_modified.zip) and successfully upgraded bios versin from 2.0 to 2.7(moded)
Following is my configuration:
i. Core i5 3550 (HD2500)
ii. MSI Z77A-G45
iii. MSI 560 GTX-SE
iv. GSkill RIP Jaw 4 GB(will add another slot after success)
v. Cooler Master 400 Watts
vi. WD Caviar Blue 500 GB(16 MB Cache)
Following assets were used:
User unibeast 1.5.3/ ML App downloaded(10.8)/ Multibeast 5.2.0/ combo update 10.8.2
Followed Darfweder's post and a Buyers's guide:

Tried the method as explained; did a clean install; restarted, run combo update; Multibeast and it never went ahead of loading screen.
After trying numerous things finally got a success without running combo update. I've tried to illustrate both the cases below:
1. First Install was a success, Booted using unibeast with a boot flag PCIRootUID=0, Installed 10.8 using unibeast, restarted & used Multibeast with following options
UserDSDT or without DSDT
Drivers & Bootloaders / Drivers / Audio/ Realtek ALC8xx / With/Without DSDT depending on if you got the DSDT / ALC892
Drivers & Bootloaders / Drivers / Network / Lnx2Max's RealtekRTL81xx Ethernet
On a restart, had a successful build.
-------------
2. Did another fresh install, as above, before running Multibeast this time, installed combo update 10.8.2, used same options & restarted.
The spinning wheel(loading screen) stays, keeps on spinning as thats it. Did various restarts, without any flag and with PCIRootUID=0, GraphicsEnabler=No/Yes, npci=0x3000, none worked.
used -v & clicked a snap shot of error; Please see attached

Well could not make out what wrong am I doing, after all it was same CPU in first install.
