I have a static noise coming only thru the speakers, nothing over the headphones, be it from my Duet2USB Soundcard or the inbuilt Output. It is not very loud and still comes thru the speakers even if i turn down the volume. It gets accentuated when moving a mouse or using the Trackpad/Keyboard
I searched the Forum and may have found the culprit in this thread:https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-alc1150-sound-static-noise-problem.189271/
Now i don't know how and where to insert the code given in the above thread as i'm fresh to Hackintosh and a bit of a noob and learning as i get along.
The Code is this one: <key>CPU</key>
<dict>
<key>QPI</key>
<integer>100</integer>
<key>UseARTFrequency</key>
<false/>
</dict>
I tried to insert it on my Terminal App but it gives me syntax error.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Because i need my hack to do music it's troubling me and want to get it solved.
