starcraft 2 patch 1.3 install issues!

so We had Starcraft 2 running super-de-duper on my hackintosh, but as anyone who has a mac and this game knows the new patch has been TERRIBLE to get working.
I tried moving the variables.txt to no avail. tried downloading the patch to install myself (starcraft downlaoder be damned)
but it says it cant install. will get screencap

any one had this problem w/ a fix?

Are you sure it's a hackintosh issue? And not a general mac issue? Just curious. I haven't played the last couple of patches and have not been able to check.

Yes and no. Install/ update on my 08 MacBook was fine. Hackintosh went in a loop.
So do the manual update, then tried launching, and after it loops a million times keep hitting ok, harvest some minerals (sandwich), and eventually the update will let you into the game. Maybe. I had to try a bunch of times

Copy the updated SC directory from macbook to hackintosh, overwriting the files on the hack.
