Spotlight Freeze + Problems with other Applications

Hi all,

Since 10.10.2 I have several problems with applications, especially Spotlight.

The problem:

I can search for things on spotlight and even get results (I launch applications that way).
But when I hit enter, spotlight freezes and nothing happens.
So the index works properly.

With other applications I get errors like:

Affected applications that don't work properly or don't even launch:
Airmail, Mail, Spotlight, Pages

Unaffected completely:
Spotify, Kalendar, App Store

System:

Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H
OSX 10.10.2
Please help, I can't look at any more!



EDIT 03/03/2015-12:30:

It seems to be iCloud. Every program affected is reacting extremely delayed (minutes!)
Even finder when I click on the iCloud folder.
